Mississippi Headwaters Retriever Club will hold seminars on the basic training of retrievers (obedience and marking).

These will be "hand's on" for people to bring their dogs up to do training with club members.

There will be a follow up with more advanced training involving bird handling and into to the concept of force fetch and the use of electronic collars.

      Bemidji Blowdown Duck & Goose Calling Competition!

Field representatives for Savage Arms will be on hand with the latest in firearms for people to see and try.



Autrey Kennels will be conducting a one hour demonstration on field trials on Saturday.




Michelle Davis- Sheep Herding Clinic - this will be offered as an opportunity for dog owners to learn sheep herding with their dog on a one-on- one basis. The clinic will run all day and must be reserved in advance. There will be a charge to participate. Printable application. See sheepherding video.
